In March of 2010, a group of dentists joined JLMF to perform dental work for the poor in Ecuador. Over 570 patients were treated, providing approximately $85,00 worth of free dental care on the Galapagos Islands and in the jungle.

The range of care included fillings as well as the pulling of some teeth.
