I enjoyed being part of the dental mission team in Ecuador and spending time in this beautiful country. The need for dental work was great, and it felt wonderful to be able to help the Ecuadorean people. The people are gracious, friendly, thoughtful, and charming. The trip was a rewarding experience and a reminder of what a remarkable world we live in.

I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to serve the Ecuadorean people and to be part of such a wonderful team doing it. I will cherish the friendships made while working together. I enjoyed getting to know and work with Mark Backlin. Through his medical foundation (Judith Lombeida Medical Foundation), Mark does a wonderful job of organizing and bringing people together to help serve the medical needs of the Ecuadorian people. I am thankful to have been part of this mission, and would go again in a second!

>	Upcoming Major Medical Mission: August 2-12, 2012 Central Highlands of Ecuador JLMF will be performing a major medical mission which will include the disciplines of pediatrics, OB/GYN, internal medicine, optometry and dentistry.
